This bread elevates the health benefits of sourdough to a whole new level! We make these boules with organic, non-GMO flour from hard white and Khorasan wheat berries that we mill on site. It is then fermented for a minimum of 24 hours before baking to reduce phytic acid, increase mineral absorption and reduce gluten content. Other ingredients include water, sourdough starter & sea salt.
